Canal hazard pollution & trash

Trash, debris, pollutes into the air near an elderly citizens home where she walks daily in her driveway. Unless I reach out to councilman Arias or the water department no one comes to clean up piles and piles of debris, trash, wood stumps, plastics, etc at the canal corner of Lotus Lane and East Casa Loma Drive. When someone does come to clean, he only cleans the obstructions where the water flows. He will pull the trash and debris and pile it up on the sides of the canal next to homes.
