Concerns about leaks

Description
I live in Arvin I am concerned about the well leak and wanting someone to come out and check it out and investigate. I never sees anyone come out to close the hatch on the tank or check it out. I know of 3-4 people have passed away in the apartments near the oil well. I have had bad migraines, and woke up with one today. My boys have asthma really bad Oldest son has sore throat and irritation. They don’t smell any weird smells by the well lately though.

Symptoms observed/felt:
There have been people in the apartments closest to the oil and gas. Well that have gotten sick or passed away. My oldest son deals with irritation in the throat and nose and today I woke up with a severe migraine.
