Description
Alon is flaring again. And the flare next to it has dissipating steam coming off of the stack. If something is coming out it's not being burned

SJVAPCD: Received complaint, responded. Both flares are steam assisted. Gas did not exceed permitted h2s limits. Flow data was reviewed and FLIR footage. No violation.
