Description
Pesticide aircraft was spraying by the side of a road near Panama and Comanche. We saw a cloud drift from the field.

The original complaint did not have enough information to initiate an investigation. Location was not specific. The complaint was submitted at 4:30 am, and it is unlikely that it was a pesticide application. There is a memorandum between the Ag Commissioner and the Department of Pesticide Regulation, but no formal language. What they do have in writing is an account of what happened after the report. DPR requires the AG commissioner to investigate each complaint.
