Description
During the night, the hydrogen sulfide levels at Kern Energy reached 42.10 ppb. This reading exceeds the Recommended Exposure Limit, as visible on the monitoring website. A spike of up to 33.8 ppb occurred later, around 9 AM. Why are these spikes happening?

followed up and the facility had failure that resulted in shutdown of process units caused by communication connection issues. Appalled for emergency variance (S-25-24E) and was granted. As part of the investigation, the complaint closed with no violation.
