Flaring at refinery

Description
there is a huge flaring event happening at the Alon refinery. The flame is quite large and there is puffs of smoke that can be seen coming off of the flame. I stopped my car for 10 minutes so that I could get a better look and I could see stuff coming off of the stack the whole time

8/5/2025 Update: SJVAPCD: Early Saturday morning report. The inspector went out later in the morning. No emission observed from both flares.
