Oil smells near sidewalk

Description
While on a jog I smelled some strong oil smells. I got close to the fence and noticed a well head caked in thick oil. I took a picture and there seemed to be a possible drip. This was at around 7:45pm 5/29/25.

7/1/2025 Update: AD: Closed out for AD. The inspector responded and conducted inspection of equipment. No odor was confirmed. COGR inspection was conducted. No violations were discovered. CalGEM: Went out to site and met with crimson and using equipment were not able to find any wells leaking at the time. CLOSED The reporting inspector called an IVAN admin and informed us that there was a 2,000+ ppm leak from the well identified in the report. The leak was repaired on site by the operator and the AD took no enforcement action because the leak was repaired.
