Description
foam continues to come our of pipe on the side of the road. The foam is white and spewing out fast.

6/3 Update: Selina, SWRCB: Forwarded video on the site to regional board and notified of the discharge. Inspected end of Feb and NOV to waterplant and seize and desist to the county. Finding staff that can inspect the facility and pipe. Another potential NOV. As of 6/23 issue is persistent 7/1 Update: Selina-SWRCB: There will be a reinspection. At the time of last inspection not all parts of the facility were accessible, but NOV was given as well as a cease and desist.
