Description
I was going north on the 99 and I saw the smoke to the West. To the south of the Merced Ave exit. I saw some black smoke from ag burning near El Taco Loco.

When reviewed, it looks like the complaint was in Tulare County. Submitted online for a shop named Vandervisp Inc.
