Description
The flare is on and is emitting large amounts of smoke. The smoke is being blown out of the facility.

7/1/2025 Update: IVAN Network: Reporting Inspector emailed stating District staff visited the facility and performed a 20-minute, Method 22 visible emission evaluation. Emissions from the flare were confirmed. An NOV will be issued to Kern Energy for excess emissions. We have not received the investigation report or a copy of the NOV. SJVAPCD: As part of the investigation an NOV 5035388 was issued for visible emissions
