Description
People are fishing near canals and reservoirs all over Lexington. I don't think it's safe for people to be fishing when pesticides or other chemicals could be in the water. Is there any testing to show the safety of the water, or signs that can be put up to say the water could be contaminated and unsafe to swim/fish in?
