Description
Off sycamore and Edison there is a stop sign by a little lagoon. There is two boxes with 6 gallons of oil in each box. The boxes are Valvoline brand and somebody came to dump the old oil next to this stop

Kern County Environmental was able to find the dumped oil containers and disposed at Kern County special waste.
