Pesticide airplane flying over field workers

Description:
We received an Ivan complaint with the following description: On Vineland near sunset and Buena Vista there is a plane applying pesticides. There are workers inside of the field on ATVs and there is also other field workers nearby while the airplane is applying these pesticides.

Inspector talked to IVAN admin to narrow down on the plane. The reporting party assumed a pesticide plane but did not see any discharge. No reports on issues and follow-up with the pilot. The pilot was doing an application a mile away from the crew. Application was fungicide, Meribon Xem? (Non-restrictive)
