Strong nasty smell

Description:
it smelled like feces when I drove past this area. It was strongest by the intersection when I was in my car. What is causing this smell? it has been particularly smelly this week.

SJVAPCD: Grimway Farms water ponds are the cause of the odor. Not investigating further as the reporting party was driving by. They are notifying Grimway of the odor. No follow up as ponds aren’t regulated under the AD. Under public nuisance, it has to affect a considerable amount of people. Typically three different residences that report it. Schools and places with high capacity of people are considered as a different entity. Odor was not detectable .
