Description
There has been a fire burning just to the west of Vineland and Panama. The fire is in a pit where there is a lot of trash. It has been burning since yesterday and the pit is still smoking. Right now there is workers in the field next to the fire breathing in all the smoke. Do they have a permit for this fire? Are they allowed to burn trash??

SJVAPCD: In the settlement process for the NOV. Set up ag inspections of fields with burn permits. Piles have to be inspected for any illegal materials or foreign materials.
