Bulging floor in house

Description:
Floor bulging near kitchen area of the house. The house suffered from a oil pipeline leak back in 2014. We're worried that this might be due to a pipeline issue as well.

CCEJN did inspections and no leaks were found. The fire department inspected and found nothing as well.
