Description
It smells very strong like crude near the refinery. There is an old tank near the corner of Panama and 184 .

Tank has two layers, insulating and outer layer. The operator noted that steam was created due to high winds between both layers. Permit exempt due to it being filled with residual fuel oil. No monitoring equipment used. No history on the issues of the tank. A work order was placed to fix the outer layer of the tank. CLOSED
