Smells from Alon refinery

During the April 2, 2024 Kern IVAN Taskforce Meeting, the SJV Air District reported the complaint was submitted at 10pm, and an inspector responded the following morning. The inspector performed surveillance around the facility, finding nothing to report. The facility communicated there were no activities the prior evening that may have caused the complaint. The inspector looked at the flare records and did not see anything out of the ordinary. The Air District closed the complaint investigation.
