Delano:Pesticide spraying near between two nearby schools

Description:

A field on Browning Road between 20th Ave and Cecil Ave was being sprayed while students were walking home. Students from La Vina Middle School and Morningside Elementary School were walking home on Browning Road while the field was being sprayed. School was dismissed early today because of State testing. The two videos I emailed to reports@kernreport.org were taken between 1:30 p.m. and 1:50 p.m. I have video coverage of three male students walking on the dirt buffer area of the field near the spray.
