Description
Site is not in proper condition – there are some holes in the blacktop, unclear how far down the holes go. Grass is also growing through the blacktop in some places. Concern is that rainwater is reaching contaminated soil and may be leaching into the community’s nearby drinking water in a well just across the street. The well is supposed to be capped and a new drinking source developed. Also there are holes in the perimeter fence.
