Smog/Truck Exhaust problem at Mt. Vernon & Niles, Bakersfield

Description

I live immediately behind the parking lot of Vallarta on the corner of Mt. Vernon and Niles. This is near the area where Vallarta supermarket operates their bus shuttles and have a stop there in the parking lot. I cannot sit for long periods in my yard as fumes from the idling buses (which stay running while parked) drift over the fence. I worry that the vehicles are not checked for improper exhaust and would like for them to stop idling their engines for so long.
