I saw people applying pesticides yesterday near this area. I saw people out working today when it was super windy and they didn't have any protective equipment on. Are the workers allowed to be out that soon after a pesticide application why don't they have any protective equipment? what if they get valley fever. they didn't have any protective equipment on. Are the workers allowed to be out that soon after a pesticide application?

Ag Commissioner: On arrival, a water truck was spraying water on the outside of the farm. Surveyed the area around a mile. No active ongoing application.
