Description
The refinery has gone dark. I saw it when I woke up that none of the lights are on, I'm worried that the equipment protecting us is also turned off. Is everything okay at the refinery?

SJVAPD was notified in advance because of the replacement of a transformer, which required a shutdown. No load or transferring of liquids? We are under variance during this work, and the variance is closed. Was the monitoring equipment offline? Variance usually covers monitors being shut off. “Emission should be non-existent or minimal.”
