Description:
There has been a strong smell coming from the refinery in the morning. The smell has been strong and entering my house.

The one hour average has been much higher than normal recently, with typical readings on H2S Monitor 2 of 5 ppb up to 17 ppb all or most of the day. Typically, there is no reading. I am concerned something is not working correctly.
