Illegal Dumping Waste Oil & Tires

Description

Bakersfield City Solid Waste worker discovered this illegal dump of waste oil & used tires. Solid Waste Supervisor reported the incident to Bakersfield Fire Dept. who removed the waste oil for proper disposal and Bakersfield Solid Waste removed the tires for proper disposal, even though the illegal dumping occurred on the Kern County side of the road.
