Vaquero Energy FLARE, buring 10+ min. 7/20/2016 (Long. -118.8306843 Latitude 35.3110756) From 8:08 PM to 8:26 PM observed flare burning. Directly across the field from Vaquero Energy Processing Oil tanker appeared to be offloading or pumping near the area where FLARE burned.
