I received a phone call from a parent who was dropping off her student at CCHS (Delano) this morning and saw what seemed like workers getting ready to apply something on the grapevines on 9th Avenue and Browning Road. Or it may be that they finished? Did the grower or owner of the field notify your school or district that he/she was going to have something applied on the fields around the time students are arriving to school
