Pile of contaminated soil in Arvin

Description

There is a pile of contaminated soil from oil production that has been sitting, uncovered for more then two months in Arvin. The pile of soil has a very strong odor associated with petro chemicals. When the wind picks up, all the smell goes downwind to the city of Arvin. A local Church goer stated that there used to be two storage oil tanks that sat on top the current pile of soil.
