Illegal dumping

I found this illegal dump site this evening while out hiking. There was a rental agreement with two names and an address on it. Allexander K Lemon & Michael DeVous along with a prescription with the same name. The address on the rental agreement was 104 W. Haloid st. Ridgecrest, Ca. 93555. The dump site was located about a mile from the local landfill off of Bowman road. The GPS cords from my photographs are Latitude 35* 36' 35.6" N and Longitude 117* 45' 8" W. Photos are attached.
