Description

In Eastern Kern County, there is a little town called Rosamond. On a hill above our town is a popular place to go shoot weapons of all kinds. There are no safety enforcements in place, I fear with the amount of shooting that takes place, there is lead contamination of the soil in the area. Since it is located at a higher elevation, ground water contamination is questionable. The GPS coordinates for the area are: 34°53'35"N 118°11'19"W
