Hi this is L**** ***** calling in at 8:45 pm,i'm going southbound on the 99, just passed the covanta plant and there is a lot of dust coming through the highway. It's saturday july 6th there is a lot of dust coming across the hwy just in front of where the plant is looking back there is smoke coming out of the stacks and there is a lot of dust crossing across the hwy.
