Hi this is an anonymous call. I'm driving northbound on hwy 99 and I just passed Pond Rd and I'm not sure what it is but there is a haze on both sides of the freeway, and there is a smell, i'm not sure how to describe it, but it smells like maybe rotten boiled eggs,the time is 12:36am, midnight july 6th at 12:36am.
