Cloud of Dust after Pond Exit

Hi, I'm driving through Delano on HWY 99 and just past the Pond exit northbound there's like a cloud, a cloud of like dust of some sort and there's like a pine smell, and before the pine smell there's like another odor, I can't really describe it but there's clouds of dust or maybe even smoke but it's not smoke, not like fire smoke and then there's like a pine smell p i n e like a pine smell and it's 9 o clock northbound highway 99 right after the Pond exit
